Tricia Martineau Wagner, a North Carolina author and presenter, is a well-versed and entertaining speaker who brings history to life. She is the author of It Happened on the Oregon Trail, Africian American Women of the Old West, and It Happened on the Underground Railroad. Tricia enjoys conducting hands-on presentations for schools and clubs around the country on the topics pertaining to her books. She is an experienced elemantary teacher and reading specialist. She and her husband, Mark, make their home in Charlotte, North Carolina. They have tow wonderful children, Kelsey and Mitch, and a rambunctious puppy named Tiger.
